President

Antoine Robert Ghazi

President

Tony successfully managed several IT firms and gained federal, commercial, and international experience before starting CNC in 2002. Tony's business background and understanding of government modernization and transformation have positioned CNC to grow and meet the needs of government agencies. Tony holds a masters degree in electronics and computer sciences from Universite St. Joseph (USJ/ESIB) and a masters degree in computer sciences from George Washington University. Tony is fluent in three languages including French.

Andy Bove

Senior Vice President

Andy has over 30 years of experience in technical and organizational innovation, software development, networking, and security. He assisted in acquisitions at GSA, HUD, DHS, PBGC, Interior, and LOC. He managed the implementation, roll out, and support of a product line with a worldwide customer base exceeding 1,500. He was a senior advisor for Microsoft, Telos, and Tripwire. Andy holds a BS degree in Computer Sciences from City College of New York and holds two US patents.

Dr Ravi Kalaputapu

Senior Vice President

Ravi brings expertise in IT program management, telecommunications, software, and system development, as well as leadership experience as a former CTO and VP of Engineering. He has managed SaaS products and globally distributed software development and operations teams using cloud-based tools. He has approved and pending patents in machine learning techniques for contextual and semantic analysis of unstructured content and online advertising. Ravi holds a PhD from the University of Virginia.

Tom Hartka

Vice President

Tom is CNC's business operations manager.  He possesses over 25 years of financial, budgetary, risk management, earned value management (EVM), and program management support to the federal government.  Tom has provided financial and business management support services on complex, large IT programs at agencies such as GSA, Treasury, HUD, PBGC, FAA, NOAA, and the U.S. Navy. Tom holds a B.S. in Marketing from the University of Maryland at College Park.

Christina Biel

Subject Matter Expert

Christina was a key participant in the development of GSA’s NS2020 Strategy for future telecommunications contracts as well as the EIS RFP. She led teams that developed detailed transition cost estimates for EIS and that evaluated EIS access price submissions. Christina held several management positions at AT&T and Acentia before joining CNC in early 2012.  Christina holds a BA from Bryn Mawr College, an MBA from George Washington University, a certificate in Project Management, and an ITIL certification.

Stewart Grossman

Subject Matter Expert

Stewart specializes in acquisition support on large government programs, OCIO support, program assessment, and government modernization and transformation.  He has assisted federal agencies and commercial clients including GSA, the Department of Treasury, Department of Defense, IBM, General Electric, EDS, Northrop Grumman, Network Associates, MCI, and COMSAT.  Stewart holds a BS degree from MIT, a masters degree in mathematics from Harvard, and an MBA from GWU.

James Ackermann

Subject Matter Expert

Jim is a proven leader in technical management, systems engineering, and acquisition. He has led teams in IT and telecommunications system analysis, security technologies, and acquisition at CNC, Bell Laboratories, and MITRE. He supported GSA in the award of the Enterprise Infrastructure Solutions (EIS) contract providing next-generation IT solutions to the Federal Government.  Jim holds an M.S.  in mathematical statistics from the University of Illinois.

Michael Chisholm

Subject Matter Expert

Mike is a manager and subject matter expert in telecommunications, IT and acquisition. At MITRE, KPMG, Sprint, and Martin Marietta, he supported commercial companies as well as the VA, DOJ, Secret Service, and State Department. He was CNC’s Technical Lead and Subject Matter Expert for GSA’s development and award of the $50 Billion Enterprise Infrastructure Solutions (EIS) contracts.  Mike holds a PhD in mathematics from Wayne State University.
